I really like the Chrome Series® 4026.The pair I am trialling at the moment saved a guy from losing the tip of his finger, he still sustained a deep crush laceration, but he is adamant that the glove prevented the side of his index finger from being amputated. He also told me yesterday that he has pressure washed the gloves twice now, and upon my inspection I am very impressed with how they are holding up. There is no evidence of any damage or deterioration other than staining from grease and oil.  That’s about 5 weeks of constant use now. The Chrome Series® glove gives the protection, and the dexterity our fitters and trades assistants require, and are demonstrating they can last the distance.

We went from 10 recordables a month to ZERO! That pretty much speaks for itself.

Broken wires from the braided cables were getting through every glove we tried. We started using the 9010 and our punctures were virtually eliminated.

During the recycling process of 2 liter bottles for use in carpet, my employees were experiencing cuts and splinters from all sorts of things. Glass, metals, needles, wire; all kinds of things came across our line. We mandated the HexArmor® 9011, 9010, and Arm Protection, and our injuries literally stopped. Following the storms last year we had people from all over the country coming down and helping with the clean up. One of the crews had HexArmor® 4018 gloves, and we tried them out. Our biggest issues are punctures and cuts from downed power lines, as well as cuts from stripping. We were hooked on HexArmor®, and my guys won't ever go back to their old gloves. Wires just don't get through these gloves.

My tool started to turn on me and my hand got caught between the car and the tool. The Gator Glove saved my hand. If I would have been wearing my old gloves I can't even imagine what would have happened. 

With our old PPE, the level of safety was not great, and the employees hated to wear the thick gloves. Our employee compliance was poor, at best. We switched to NXT™ by HexArmor® and the results have been fabulous. Employee compliance is over 90%, and our injures from knives and slicers are almost non-existent. 

Working with HexArmor® for over 7 years has been great. We don't know what's coming down the recycling line, and some of the stuff can be pretty dangerous. Broken glass, bent metal, and especially needles. HexArmor® has worked hand-in-hand with us to develop the best PPE for recycling available on the market.

On our belt reparing and splicing team, our guys were getting cut on their legs as they pulled the blade towards them to cut out the belts. Also, the steel threads in the belts were tearing up their hands and legs. We mandated HexArmor® Gaitors and 5040 gloves, and the injuries stopped. 

The 8100 is the only glove out there that we can find that has heat protection and cut and puncture protection. We also use the heavy duty gloves for all of our coil and scrap handling. Cut and puncture injuries are thankfully a thing of the past.

The gloves have lasted 12 months in a maintenance application! Incredible they have lasted that long. The leather pair was used for handling a piece of metal and it cut through the glove.  The HexArmor® material prevented a cut to the hand, and not sure if you can see it, but the material doesn’t have a scratch on it!  Thanks for such a great product and for keeping us safe.

After a two year study we determined that our hand injuries were 55% impact related and 45% cut and puncture. We spent 18 months working with HexArmor® to develop a series of gloves to meet our needs from both an impact and cut and puncture perspective. The HexArmor® designers and engineers did a great job taking our input and perfecting the gloves. They never settle for "good enough." The resulting Gator and Chrome gloves exceed our expectations while making competitors look like kids gloves. 

They are lasting much longer then I had anticipated and, yes, we are using them daily.  Since we started using them no one has been stuck with a needle.  I do not mind spending extra money to keep my employees safe and our loss time down.

By changing from chain mesh aprons and arm protection to HexArmor®, we have virtually eliminated cuts and pokes to the stomach and arms. Additionally, the light weight protection of HexArmor®, as well as the ease of cleaning, has been a huge win for us!

We couldn't find anything that was protective enough for changing out slitter blades until we met a rep from HexArmor®. He worked with us to evaluate the challenges and helped come up with the perfect solution. We're now using 9010, 4025 and HexArmor® arm guards, and our injuries have dropped 100%.

We didn't have time for injuries during our turnaround, so we turned to HexArmor®. In a four week period, we had eight injuries that were avoided that would have been lost-time incidents thanks to the incredible cut resistance of HexArmor®. 

We only have about two impact gloves on display in our show room; both are almost unattainable by the vendor due to such long lead times. We were so surprised by the quick response and shipment from HexArmor®; REALLY great choice, even better product. I’ll definitely keep in touch!

We worked with a number of other glove manufacturers to solve our problems of splinters from the dry veneer tearing through leather and Kevlar. Nothing worked. We were introduced to HexArmor® about 16 months ago and have finally found a solution with the Steelleather™ 5039. We've had numerous incidents since mandating HexArmor® that in the past would have needed medical attention, but thanks to HexArmor®, our employees went home whole.  

We went from 5 lacerations a year to zero in the past two years after we switched from Kevlar arm guards and gloves to HexArmor®. Our employees were getting cut through the knit of the old sleeves, often needing medical attention. Now they are safe.
